How do I book a transfer?
You can book your transfer easily through the search form on our homepage. Just enter your pick-up and drop-off locations, date, time, and number of passengers, then click 'Search Transfer' to see available options and prices.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time, a cancellation fee may apply. Please refer to our Terms of Service for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) for online payments. In some cases, payment in cash (Peruvian Soles or US Dollars) to the driver may be possible, but this must be arranged in advance.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
For airport pickups, we monitor your flight status. Our driver will wait for you for up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed, free of charge. If you anticipate a longer delay, please contact us as soon as possible.
